  • I was badly constipated for over a week and tried four over the counter laxative options with poor results. Today I drank a class of prune nectar (juice) and within two hours I was getting relief without much discomfort. Just make sure you’re near the bathroom! Prunes are a miracle food and I plan to take some everyday from now on to maintain regularity.

  • After yrs of taking meds to use the restroom, if no medication I only go every 4 to 5 days. my uncle bought me a bag of prunes. I ate like 10 the 1st day and man it really worked. Not only does it work it actually keeps me with a regular bowel movement. I can eat 5 today and it will keep me going to the restroom normally for the next 3 days. Im so greatful

  • Stress and prolonged bad mood makes me constipated. I had relaxing thoughts for an hour and just finished two decent bowel movements. It will be another 5 days before I am home and able to fully relieve my stress and have normal bowel movements..I drink plenty of water. I came here for education on prune juice and looking forward to the local grocery store opening so I can buy some prunes and olive oil. And until I get home drastically reduce refined foods, eat only soups, vegetables, fruits until I am finally home.
