Can Diarrhea And Vomiting Be Caused By Azo Yeast Polls?

3.5 rating based on 120 ratings

Phenazopyridine, also known as Azo, is a type of dye used to relieve symptoms caused by irritation of the urinary tract. It is not an antibiotic and does not cure the infection itself. However, it can cause fever, pale or yellowed skin, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or a blue or purple appearance of the skin. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, or upset stomach.

Probiotics have been used to treat bowel problems such as diarrhea, irritable bowel, eczema, vaginal yeast infections, lactose intolerance, and urinary tract infections. Azo 250mg Tablet can cause diarrhea due to its antibiotic properties, which kill harmful bacteria but also affect helpful bacteria in the stomach or intestine. If severe diarrhea occurs, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Common Azo side effects may include headache, dizziness, or upset stomach. Serious Azo side effects should be reported to your doctor or pharmacist. Nausea or vomiting are possible side effects of phenazopyridine, which should go away when you stop taking the medication. If nausea or vomiting persists, consult your doctor.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health professional before using Azo. It was successful in reducing itching and odor, but only negative side effects were stomach troubles (diarrhea and nausea).

Hormonal health issues such as upset stomach or throwing up, diarrhea, and constipation should be discussed with a doctor before use. Probiotics have been used to treat bowel problems such as diarrhea, irritable bowel, eczema, vaginal yeast infections, lactose intolerance, and urinary tract infections.

The most common side effects tend to affect the digestive system and include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, bloating, indigestion, abdominal pain and loss of appetite. Common side effects of AZO include dizziness, headache, and stomach upset. More serious but rare side effects can include kidney or liver injury and problems with red blood cells.

AZO is a urinary pain relief tablet that can provide fast relief from UTI symptoms, such as urinary discomfort, pain, burning, frequency, and urgency. You can purchase this medication over the counter for symptomatic relief; it can alleviate urinary symptoms as a monotherapy (taken alone) or combined with an antibiotic to reduce discomfort until it is in full effect. Please continue reading to learn more about the potential benefits and side effects, proper use of AZO for UTIs, and when to seek medical attention.

Is AZO the same as phenazopyridine?. Yes, AZO is the same as phenazopyridine. The generic drug phenazopyridine hydrochloride is available under various trade names, including AZO-Standard, AZO-Maximum Strength, Pyridium, Uristat, Phenazodine, Prodium, Baridium, Nefrecil, Pyridate, Uricalm, Sedural, Urodine, Uropyrine, and Urogesic. They all contain the same active ingredient – phenazopyridine. This medication is available with a doctor’s order and over the counter without a prescription. The OTC strengths of phenazopyridine are 95 milligrams (mg), 97. 5 mg, and 99. 5 mg; the prescription strengths are 100 mg and 200 mg.

What happens to your urine when you take phenazopyridine?. Unlike other general pain relievers that provide systemic (all over the body) effects, AZO pain relief tablets act directly on the lower urinary tract mucosa, the site of discomfort. It is believed that phenazopyridine works by blocking the nerve fibers in the bladder, thus providing local pain relief to help with urinary symptoms.

  • The list of things to do to cure candida according to Dr. Axe: 1. Stop consuming sugar 2. Eliminate grains from diet 3. Consume foods that support the spline 4. Consume foods that support the liver (e.g. sour foods) 5. Consume foods that support the intestine (e.g. turmeric) 6. Take a probiotic 7. Consume warm foods (e.g. bone broth soup)

  • Thank you. I’m literally crying as I’m taking all your suggestions down. Thank youuu I will keep you posted. I’ve been dealing with this for 12 years with breaks here and there when I’m able to luckily balance my meals, stress and sleep. I’ve been doing a lot of research and it seems people like me with childhood trauma tend to get these symptoms the worst or most. I’ve been working on myself so much to finally realize successful people don’t find themselves, they choose to be successful. I don’t know how to choose to get rid of these symptoms, but I choose to do as much research as I can until I can connect with someone who knows what I need. We’re all different and I pray you all find what you need too!

  • Ok. This is overwhelming. I’ve read so many articles, I watched so many articles by different doctors… and they all contradict each other. Yes to Starchy food, No to grains! Yes to grains (buckwheat and millet), no to starchy food! Yes to sauerkraut! No to Sauerkraut! The only thing they all agree on is No to Sugar.

  • Thank you for posting this. I am trying to be a positive force for change. I have been battling epilepsy since a car accident about 10 years ago. I am eating ketogenically as and adjunct to seizure medication and feel much better! It is a challenge, because I am also trying to eat vegan for spiritual and personal reasons… I am sure I had an ongoing systemic candida infection! I am just now being treated for partial complex seizure disorder and and seeing positive differences in my life. I am actually making YouTube articles on the subject of my battles with TBI, epilepsy and myeloma. I am on a constant search for how to inspire others to change their thinking. This is well needed! Thanks!!!

  • I once had what the doc said was Bell’s Palsy and told me my face would remain like that forever. I had seen an ENT years before for a very bad ear infection and remembered him mentioning yeast so I started researching. As a result, I only ate lean meat and vegetables, and I cut everything else out. One week later I started getting my sensation back where it had been numb. Three weeks later, my face was all better. I couldn’t believe how well I felt, even my adhd symptoms drastically improved.

  • Great article Josh. You mentioned the ‘best kept secret’ is to treat the spleen, in my clinical experience I’d say it’s “identifying and treating the stressors” in your life. Stress undermines adrenal and thyroid function, and once cortisol and TSH become compromised your immune system goes south – increasing the likelihood of immune acute responses, allergies, auto-immune issues and eventually cancer. Most chronic candida cases that are unresponsive will have adrenal fatigue underpinning them, I’ve found this after treating Candida in the clinic for nearly three decades. I think you docs that focus on TCM tend to call it “kidney weakness”. Second point is you may like to mention- if the candida patient can’t stop alcohol (the WORST carb with Candida) until they recover (not even one drink a week) they may as well stay with their medical doctor and remain on drugs for symptomatic relief.

  • just found this while perusal other articles on your website. I am already making these changes, but I thought it might be a good watch. I’m amazed right now! A couple years ago, my spleen was enlarged, and every so often it happens again, and is very painful. I was also told that I had a mild yeast infection at the time. Seemingly unrelated, but today it suddenly all made sense! Thank you!

  • Dr. Axe can you please create a article that helps with the horrible side effects of coming off sugar/grains? I do have systemic candida issues. All your steps make sense (although i add Goldthread (berberine substance)); however, sticking to it, through a detox, is crazy difficult and any ideas to help the discomfort through the first 5 days would be awesome.

  • FYI if you’re allergic to bees be careful with manuka honey or any raw unprocessed honey. I didnt know before I tried manuka and had a reaction that sometimes it can happen. I’ve had other unprocessed honeys but the manuka I got made my throat a little tight & mouth itchy! So use caution if you have a bee allergy.

  • Thanks for this information on Candida Dr. Axe. I’ve suffered with this for over 35 years. It’s not completely gone and I think that how I contracted leaky gut but thanks to you and your products, I am getting better. I have been gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free for over 30 years. for the last year I have been grain-free. I have been eating clean for over 4 years so I am eating the food you mentioned in the article. I will increase the foods for the spleen, liver and intestines and switch to your brand of probiotics. Thanks and blessings to you.

  • Thank you Dr Axe, for the info. I felt like you respected my time by getting right to the point, sharing exactly what was on your mind, not waiting to the end and telling me i had to buy your 15 dollar book to learn what you meant by your title. you subtly referred to your website and only on a popup wanted to sell something but I didn’t feel guilted or scared into having to click on it if I wanted to live another day. I like your style, easy to listen to and no pressure information. because you didn’t pressure me to go look at your site, I just might go there simply because I don’t feel like it will be a trap.

  • Really surprised you recommend Manuka honey. Being a kiwi we already use it topically on wounds etc but friends who are beekeepers feel it does little for internal health. However another wee gem on the honey world here is honey dew honey which I use daily. It’s had two insects processing it so it’s full of polysaccharides and does wonders for my hay fever. Also I personally couldn’t have barley tea thanks to it not being a gluten free grain.

  • Hi, I have been suffering with Candida in my mouth and got it in my toe nail- I thinks it’s in my gut too as I get acid reflux and can’t digest my food, feel achy and heaviness in body and bloated stomach and back pain – I also have IBS alternating constipation and Diarrhoea – I really need help as I have been feeling fatigued – there is no real treatment out there – now I have started taking probiotics and have ordered capsules of oil of oregano- dr axe I have the exact symtoms you have described in your article on Candida – I will try all diet you have suggested – thank you so much for that article

  • I have candida ..white tongue/ big belly Her is how I cure it Just eat first thing in the morning ( yogurt + garlic +latency or mint) for about month The garlic kills the harmful fungi The yogurt billed useful fungi.. Latency and mint… Make stomach relax and help with Gases… If this help you please pray for me

  • Oregano oil for 2 weeks and then you give yourself a break and olive leaf tree extract antifungal and great at killing off candida as well. The olive leaf is more of a supplement so you can take that for a while just make sure you’re taking healthy probiotics. And definitely follow his advice avoid anything processed that includes sugar it’s going to probably give you a detox side effects but man is it worth it at the end to feel better

  • Thank you so much. I get so exhausted all the time, sometimes are worse than others. I can go out one day feeling bad, the next I’m bed rideen. this makes so much sense. I know I have Candida, I have the signs. If i eat choclate, I feel terrible the next day. my tongue tases terrible, and my breat smells.

  • I am a fifteen year old living in the UK who has self diagnosed herself with a candida overgrowth, IBS and PCOS who has frequently been to the doctors asking for a diagnosis which has always ended in a “youre fine. just take some anti-biotics” and “youre too young to make a diagnosis on, youre a teenager and many things happen to your body at that time” like wtf? you want to diagnose me when im 18 where it would most definitely become worse, to the point where i could be on the verge of catching diseases from this fungus? AND GUESS WHAT. after months of visiting and having myself to explain my self diagnosis, they actually came to a fucking realisation that what i had been saying all this time is not bullshit. This is why i dont trust my doctors and tend to research more upon my problems. But then again, whats the point? whats the point in going to a doctor when you know that there is actually no specific cure but just remedies upon remedies that are in store for you that you will have to eventually adapt into a daily routine. I mean i suffer from stress eating due to extreme depression, mostly from foods that candida loves and you expect me to stay like this forever? I doubt I will ever truly overcome this candida problem but this article was a great help anyway. Damn why cant there be more doctors like you lol (btw in no way did i intend to offend Dr.Josh Axe, just expressing my thoughts that have been long kept inside)

  • Hello Dr Axe, one symptom you forgot to mention is the INCREDIBLE wish for, craving for sugar!! Especially the amount of sugar one consumes in the form of chocolates, sweets, cakes etc. One would think one has DEVELOPED a “Sweet Tooth “. Also the necessity of wanting “something sweet” after heavily spiced, or rich, heavy meals. In fact any salty dishes ! Also just craving for sugar in any form of e.g ice cream, biscuits, sweet (fizzy) drinks, very, very sweet ripe fruits… the list is endless! This wish for sweetness is satisfied, but sometimes the consumption of a vast portion makes one feel sick. But one does not vomit. Instead one drinks plain water, tea without sugar…etc. to stop the nausea, even repulsion against the amount of sweetness (including honey, syrup etc) consumed in all its types and forms.! I am you will read my message. And give me an answer! Regards m PS. You have mentioned one should drink barley tea. I thought barley is a grain? You have suggested NOT to eat grains. How is gluten extracted from barley, to make it drinkable. Can one eat barley while one has Candida? And how can it be introduced in one’s diat? m

  • In 2010 I did a 21 day green juice fast and all of my tinea versacolor improved but not completely gone. Also all the joint pain left. I had so much energy. I believe I had candida and it was causing those symptoms. If you think you have candida try a green juice fast then work on eating a plant based diet.

  • If you know you have a candida overgrowth, You need to avoid anything made with yeast. That would definitely include apple cider vinegar, vinegar, beer, wine, alcoholic beverages of all varieties and sugar. Even most baked goods have a yeast to make the bread or cake rise. And once you make some progress, you have to fortify the gut flora with probiotics to keep the territory that you liberated from being re-infected by the opportunistic Candida Albicans.

  • You are the epitome of perfection and excellence. My only suggestion is that you need to learn how to breath trough your nose. You seems to be out of air several times, because of the air affecting your vocal cords. This is a constructive suggestion, please, don’t take me wrong. Kind regards and Kudos.

  • Dr. Axe thanks for this article. However, my Candida overgrowth is so bad that it’s caused a leaky gut, therefore I have food sensitivities/ histamine intolerance! Is there anything else I can do for the liver besides fermented or cultured foods? Ugh I feel so stuck because of all the foods I CANNOT EAT!

  • Hi Dr Axe, great advice to address Candida on a physical level! I specialize in helping people heal themselves from Candida by also addressing the emotional and psychological root cause to help the physical treatments become more viable and lasting. Let’s talk about working together to provide a holistic approach! Elicia Miller

  • Our son is always getting what seems like strep but it doesn’t test out as strep. I’m thinking it must be candida overgrowth. White coated tongue and throat, always tired, sore throat too. He does consume a lot of processed foods and sugar. Also he recently started working the night shift and his circadian rhythms are all out of whack. He’ll sleep for like 16 hours.

  • After taking multiple courses of antibiotics and I developed a craving for sugar which I began to satisfy and suddenly I gained 300 pounds in two years I lost all my energy all my bones started to ache I began to experience what I believe to be adrenal fatigue I am tired all the time my tongue is white my feet have severe athletes foot and I itch a lot in my intimate areas I have gotten UTI and it smell like ammonia. I never thought it could all be caused by fungal overgrowth but after perusal a couple of these articles it all makes sense. I am sick of it and I want to rid myself of this condition

  • How long should one stay on this diet?! I am very into fitness and I am also a college student eating in a cafeteria so without grains I feel like I won’t have enough energy to walk around campus or get through my workouts. After seeing a chiropractor, she muscle tested me and said I could eat quinoa, brown rice, and ezekiel bread so I was just wondering what you thought about that?

  • this is good advice … but people don’t know that often times they have chronic candida problems because they are immune compromised. one of the reasons people are immune compromised is because they have other, stealth-biofilm-covered (etc) infections. Such as lyme, c. pneumoniae, bartonella, babesia, or any number of other horrendous, auto-immune causing infections.

  • I’m working with a Biological Dentist and when I told her I know I’ve been struggling with Candida for probably close to two decades, she said that I really need to cut out all sugar. I don’t eat processed sugar. I eat raw, local honey. I eat less than a tablespoon, and not even every day. Another thing is I was told to stay away from starchy foods with Candida. I’m so confused. I also eat raw milk yogurt and drink raw milk. Is this something I should stay away from too, dairy? Even tho it’s not crappy store bought milk?? I really need this to be gone once and for all. Not sure I’m clear on when to start introducing different foods back in tho. I don’t want to be afraid of eating for the rest of my life either…. 😒😣☹️

  • Very good information Dr. Axe! I am going to start the protocol next week. I will be taking a picture of the before and after since I have a problem with bloating constantly. Right after my pregnancy I developed seasonal and food allergies, bloating, depression, and acne; I know this is going to repair my system. In addition I had hepatitis when I was a child, so I need to repair my liver. You said that anti fugal and supplements to be used only for 10 to 14 days. What do you think about adding to this protocol black walnut, clove, and wormwood for the first 14 days? will it be too strong for the body? Thank you for all your articles!

  • Cured Candida completely in one week with fresh pressed fruit juice and dry fasting. Literally came out in a (very painful) stool. Candida is the bodies natural mechanism to clear out fermentation which happens with bad fod combination, high fat and processed foods. Any thing that truly works will work within 2 weeks. Not however many years the candida diet makes you suffer for. Has that actually ever worked for anyone?

  • Thanks so much for all of this information. Your article about candida is really well written and full of great information. I am certain I have candida after reading it. Just one question… You don’t mention meat, do you recommend zero meat while going through this process? I am fine with that. Was just curious. Thanks again. – Erin

  • I CURED MY CANDIDA OVERGROWTH. I HAD VERY BAD CANDIDA OVERGROWTH. EVERYTIME I WOULD EAT SOMETHING THAT CONTAINED SUGAR I WOULD BREAK OUT VERY BADLY ALL OVER MY BODY. I TRIED EVERYTHING INCLUDING GOING VEGAN. AND THE VEGAN DIET DID HELP REALLY WELL BUT AS SOON AS I ATE SOMETHING AND ANYTHING WITH SUGAR IN IT THE NEXT MORNING I WOULD BREAK OUT BADLY. HOW I CURED MY CANDIDA: CANDIDA OVERGROWTH IS A RESULT OF HEAVY METAL TOXICITY AND I WENT TO MY DOCTOR TO CONFIRM THIS THEORY. IT SHOWED THAT MY MERCURY LEVELS WERE 9.9 WHEN THE SAFE LEVELS ARE 2. I WENT ONLINE AND ORDERED ZEOLITE TO CHELATE THE HEAVY METALS IN MY BODY. AFTER ABOUT A MONTH ON ZEOLITE I WAS WAY DOWN IN MY HEAVY METAL LOAD. AND AT THAT POINT AND NOW FOR MORE THAN A YEAR I CAN EAT WHATEVER I LIKE TO EAT INCLUDING CHOCLATES AND CAKES AND DRINK SODAS AND HAVE NO BREAKOUT WHATSOEVER. CANDIDA OVERGROWTH IS A RESULT OF A HEAVY METAL OVERLOAD. I ALSO RECOMMEND BUYING GROUNDED CORIANDER AND CHILANTRO POWDER AND DRINKING THAT BEFORE BED TO SPEED UP THE CHELATION PROCESS. PERSONALLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE MEDICAL CHELATION PROCESS BECAUSE IT HAS SOME POTENTIAL NASTY SIDE EFFECTS. HOW: I DID ONE SCOOP OF ZEOLITE 2-3 TIMES A DAY FOR A TWO MONTH PERIOD. I ALSO HAD ABOUT 500ML OF WATER MIXED WITH GROUNDED CORIANDER AND CHLORELLA POWDER IN THE EVENING TO SPEED UP THE REMOVAL OF HEAVY METALS. MY BRAIN FOG CLEARED UP, MY SWEATING WENT AWAY ( BUT IT DOES COME BACK SOMETIMES IF I HAVE EATEN LARGE FISH SEVERAL DAYS IN A ROW BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY METALS THEY CONTAIN ESPECIALLY FARMED FISH), BREAKOUTS GONE ETC GOOD LUCK GUYS!

  • I have this chicory coffee with barley in it. Is it feeding candida? When I was drinking it regularly it fixed my constipation and bloating feeling. Many people online are saying barley is bad for candida but it seemed to help me. It’s annoying that this diet is different for everyone. I stopped drinking it to see what would happen and my #2’s have become little nuggets again.

  • If it’s chronic, there is an underlying immune issue. You can overcome it if you decide to be persistent over a long period of time. I have read people who beat there candida did so with nascent iodine, powdered zeolite, fermented foods, and eating a high fruit and vegetable diet, while keeping meats low. Meats are acidic, and lower your bodies pH. Amazing things happen when you change your bodies pH. Go through a Naturopath doctor for treatment and dosing.

  • Josh, I’ve been diagnosed with candida albican. I’ve struggled with it for maybe 30 years. I’ve experienced oral thrush, pain, numbness in my feet and part of my legs as well as other parts of my body, I’ve experienced symptoms in my head, the back of my head, my digestion is not that great now. I haven’t eliminated in several days now, my immune system may be compromised. I’ve been very very sick. I ordered your SBO probiotics and I received it a few days ago and I was t to know will this help me?

  • Isn’t barley a grain? There is a coffee replacement that is dandelion and roasted barley. It is super yummy! I think the name is Dandy Blend? My opinion of honey: Honey is antimicrobial, but when diluted, it does feed yeast which is why you can activate yeast with it to make bread. It has to remain a super saturated solution in order to kill microbes so it only works undiluted and topically. Once ingested it gets diluted and is the same as sugar.

  • Wow, I’m just now finding this article. For as long as I can remember I’ve been self diagnosing. And when I say self diagnosing, I mean already knowing what’s wrong with me and just going to the doctor to confirm lol I’ve had a lot of skin problems and a lot of scalp problems. I’ve suffered from IBS since I was a teenager. Ever since I got a food allergy test I realized I had a food sensitivity to a lot of things. I also study human design, I’m a projector with an undefined spleen!! I recently just told my dermatologist that I feel like I have an overgrowth of candida in my body and that’s where my skin and scalp issues are coming from. also when I detox, I see a lot of candida in the toilet when I use the bathroom so I figured this out of my own. of course big Pharma does nothing but suppress diseases so I’ve decided to go to natural route. I’m so glad I did and I’m so glad I found this page. Hopefully you’re still around,I’ll be going through the rest of your articles for tips. Thank you so much. 🫶🏽

  • This article is so old that I don’t know if this question will be seen but….I was on an anti-candida diet for three months but could never get rid of ALL candida symptoms…one of which was white tongue due to taking Qvar for asthma. If I stopped the qvar, in about a week, my tongue would clear…but then my wheezing increased to where I had to go back on the qvar and, instant white tongue. Very frustrating and not sure there is another medication option for the asthma that isn’t corticosteroid.

  • I’m into bodybuilding and look relatively healthy. But notice that I overeat and crave sugar. It’s difficult for me to fast more than 2 days because I need my dopamine fix of a high intensity workout. Well turns out I have candida. After doing an enema I saw all these strand like mucus “entities”, worms and parasites in my stool. They have been stealing all my nutrients. No wonder I binge eat. This is war. I’ve now been taking diatomaceous earth, fermented garlic and honey, Lugols iodine with salt, clove, black wormwood, apple cider vinegar, psyllium husk, charcoal and bentonite clay etc.. I know a 7 day water fast should do the trick but don’t want to lose so much muscle. But may have to if it doesn’t go away.

  • I’ve been low carb and intermittent fasting for a year and a half. I do all of those things. Kale, no sugar, Sauerkraut, warm food, bone broth… All of that! After I lose this last 15 pounds I can add good carbs like squash and sweet potato… But what else can I do? Why do I still keep having this issue?

  • I got candida from taking some anti inflammatory pills with a lot of steroid. My doctor prescribed me a medicine for candida and I decided to take something natural but I was doing my self. I was so sick and then I decided to visit a naturopath doctor. I am on 9 weeks of treatment and lost 18 pounds because of the diet. I went to visit him last week and the candida was negative but I still have to treat my leaky gut because my stomach can’t handle protein and other foods. I eat very healthy since 2006 but eating just greens and 20% of 3 grains and no fruits is very difficult for me. I am clean of candida but I still have to wait a least 3-4 months to eat fruits. NOT AN EASY DIET.

  • You say you must cut sugars. I am a vegetarian and one of my favorite things to consume is my morning smoothie. Its a big blend of assorted berries and fruits, orange juice, and some sort of supplement. I know fruits are packed with sugars. Are they different because they are naural sugars, or must i give up my morning fruit smoothie?

  • I am prone to Candida and have been going through since my teen years. I have completely stopped sugar intake, more on yoghurt consumption . I am a coffee lover, whats the substitute for coffee as I understand caffeine is not good either. Tea is never my fav so tea in the morning is absolute no no for me! Since I have stopped consuming sugar, there s 0 sugar level now, what’s the substitute for sugar? What are the best fruits for candida victims . Visited numerous gynaes but I keep getting the same answer “nothing to worry and that its’ quite normal as all women go thru it, yes I understand that but how to stop this bloody infection that creeps up most of the time :(( . I have no problem on the external part but I do feel uncomfortable internally with somewhat burning sensation esp after urination. What can kill this CANDIDA forever?!

  • Thank you doctor. I had suffer with candida in my mouth years ago. I went to see three doctors Vietnamese and American doctors, 2 times of surgery mouth…. But unfortunately they couldn’t find what disease I have they give me. Amox-Clav 875-125 MG tablet (2 a day) I already take this medicine for 5 months but it didn’t help at all..Now coincidentally I find out you talk in YouTube …thank you Doctor….does dentist could help me to find out what kind of disease I got? Is Clotrimazole Troche could help ? What do I have to tell my doctor about it ? Please help me. Thank you doctor. –

  • My question Dr.Axe I am taking probiotic detox supplements and have die off symptoms. You say to take double or triple probiotic for 30-90 days. Yesterday headache, flu like symptoms even took fish oil and made zuchinni turmeric soup for inflammation. Would this still be safe to double or triple the dose? 😬

  • Dr Axe, i love your email letters. They are very clear thorough and make understanding natural medicine easily accessible. I find this article lagging with the title promised. Like is it necessary or good to take an antifungal how long should a cleanse be what exactly is the process etcetera? I have had thrush on and off since 2010, and I want it gone for good. There are moments in time where I thought I had mostly rid of it but it came back. I do well on my diet but I don’t want to take all these measures without knowing that they are flushed Oregon from my system so I can maintain a healthy balance. That’s what I’m looking for – the steps to a Candida cleanse, then I can Implement your suggestions about diet along with that
